RESERVATIONS
  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 30% of the total cost of your stay.
  • The deposit must be paid within 2 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 2 day period.
  • Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.
CHECK IN
  • 14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
CHECK OUT
  • Until 12:00
CHILDREN
  • We can on request provide baby cots
PAYMENT POLICY
  • The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
  • We accept Cash, bank transfer, Western Union
CANCELATIONS
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@villaermioni-fresh.gr
  • Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received between 20 and 14 days from your expected arrival date will receive a 50% refund less any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 14 days will receive no refund.
  • 'Non-shows' will not receive a refund.
EARLY DEPARTURES
  • At our discretion, if you leave before your scheduled departure date we will charge 50% for each of the remaining days, with a minimum charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.
CLEANING
  • Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
  • We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
  • We clean the apartments and studios every 3 days.
GENERAL POLICIES
  • We welcome pets under certain conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your pets do not cause a nuisance or disturbance to other guests.
  • We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the studios and apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and in the gardens.
